What's Next

At the end of this month, our new Leadership Team will be participating in the Women at Work Leadership Summit to plan for the year ahead. Our focus is on creating a collaborative and cohesive team, aligning Women at Work goals with our Samet Strategic Plan.

A key goal for 2025 is to offer more avenues for associates to engage with Women at Work and one another. We hope to achieve this by continuing our subcommittee discussions, hosting regional engagement events, collaborating with external organizations, and engaging with programs, clubs, and classrooms.
