Our 2026 summer interns officially hit the ground running this week! Over the next several months, these talented students will be working alongside our teams across all of our regional offices, gaining hands-on experience and getting a first look at what it means to build a career at Samet.
A big part of what makes this program successful and meaningful is you! Whether you cross paths in the office, on a job site, or in the break room — take a moment to engage with the students. Introduce yourself, ask about what they are working on or feel free to share a little of what you’ve learned along the way. Those small interactions make a lasting impression and help our interns feel like they truly belong here.
