Veridea Project Update

Progress is moving fast at Veridea.
Site Package B covers 140 acres and includes the construction of five roadways and seven stormwater management ponds — the backbone of infrastructure for an entire new district. Site prep kicked off in Fall 2024, and with up to 100 workers on site daily, the first buildings are on track to rise in 2026.
When complete, Veridea is projected to bring 8,000+ residential units, 12M SF of commercial space, 3.5M SF of retail and hospitality, and a new public elementary school to the region.
