  •  The Urban Electric Company is a design leader in the custom lighting industry. Samet renovated the 40,000 SF interior of Naval Storehouse 10 at the Charleston Naval Shipyard for their new space.

 

 

  • This historical building now houses 12,000 SF of office space on the ground floor as well as 3,000 SF of mezzanine office space. In addition to offices, this facility has a small cafe, conference room and showroom as well as 25,000 SF of manufacturing space.
