Samet played a crucial role in assisting TriVantage with the development of a 102,152 SF LEED Silver Certified Warehouse and Distribution Center in Mebane, NC. The project encompassed the planning, design, and construction of a new precast and structural steel building, featuring F-min concrete floors tailored for truck fork wheels and over 10,000 SF of office space.  

The environmentally friendly facility included advanced mechanical and electrical systems, LED lighting with occupancy sensors, and was designed to be both efficient and user-friendly. The project involved clearing, grading, and the installation of new utility and storm drainage systems across a 12+ acre site. Despite the tight timeline, Samet collaborated closely with TriVantage and local authorities to grant the owner early access for racking and minor machinery installation, ensuring the project was delivered on time and under budget.
