Nestled in central North Carolina lies the expansive Sheetz Bros. kitchen bakery facility, the heart of Sheetz operations. Totaling 246,152 SF, this state-of-the-art facility doubles as a regional distribution center and the primary terminal for Sheetz fuel carriers.

The interior features ambient-controlled cold storage technology, maintaining an internal temperature of -36°F across the facility (excluding the office and breakroom areas), and includes a specialized 10,000 SF frozen storage area set at -15°F, ensuring optimal storage conditions for all products.

The distribution center offers optimal workspace, accommodating thirty offices and twenty open workstations for staff. Constructed with premium materials, the structure boasts an independent steel frame, precast walls, insulated metal panel walls, and resilient PVC roofing. Its flooring consists of an 8″ reinforced concrete slab layered over a 6″ insulation board, topped with a 4″ electrically heated mud slab. Emphasizing its commitment to safety standards, the facility also features a comprehensive sprinkler system.

An additional maintenance building includes a service pit, truck wash, and fueling island, allowing the Sheetz fleet to maintain operational excellence.
