We’re honored to share that Silas Park on Savannah’s Hutchinson Island has won a 🏆 CoStar Impact Award for Multifamily Development of the Year in Savannah!
Silas Park brings 288 wellness-centric apartments to a historically underutilized waterfront, activating a new mixed-use corridor and setting a new standard for residential development on Hutchinson Island. It’s helping transform an entire waterfront. Judges called it the “gold standard for an impactful multifamily project,” and we couldn’t be more proud of what the team built.
