Samet Charlotte Raises $38,000 for Blood Cancer United

Our Charlotte region hosted our first annual charity golf tournament at Cabarrus Country Club, and what a success it was! On a picture-perfect day, golfers came together to support Blood Cancer United (previously LLS)—a cause that’s near and dear to the hearts of many of our associates.
Through the generous support of our trade partners, participants, and volunteers, the tournament raised an incredible $38,000 to support the fight against blood cancer. A big shout-out goes to Mike Burnham’s daughter, Taylor, who was working the crowd like a pro—selling raffle tickets left and right. We might have a future sales star on our hands!
A huge thank you to Mike Burnham, Joe Keplar, and Abby Brossette for organizing and bringing this tournament to life, and to everyone who participated and contributed to making this day such a success!
