The Windsor Chavis Nocho Community Complex project involves the construction of a new multi-story, 64,000 SF Recreation Center and Library featuring comprehensive amenities including basketball courts, aquatic areas with swimming pool and water slide, library facilities with media shelving and computer stations, and community spaces.

The facility will be equipped with modern technology systems including telecom/data, CCTV, audio visual, security, and solar panel installations, along with complete site work including grading, utilities, drainage, and landscaping.

The adjacent Nocho Park development includes a new sports field with lighting, concession areas, restrooms, walking paths, and children’s play area, plus reconstruction and widening of the existing walking tunnel under Gate City Boulevard. Both projects involve comprehensive site improvements including erosion control, utility work, parking facilities, and landscaping on City-owned property.
