To jump-start growth in downtown High Point, the City Council voted to support a multi-use stadium that could support sporting and entertainment events year-round. Samet and ODELL Architects became the city’s chosen design-build team for this 294,950 SF baseball stadium. Spread across seven acres, the stadium seats approximately 5,000 spectators for baseball games and 7,500 for concerts and other events.
