This 200,000 SF facility serves as the heart of Sheetz Bros. kitchen bakery in central North Carolina, functioning as a regional distribution center for Sheetz. This center is equipped with approximately 75,000 SF of ambient distribution warehouse space as well as 36ºF controlled cold storage distribution areas and 10,000 SF of freezer area with temps controlled to -10ºF.

The building features 30 offices, 20 open workstations, and top-tier construction materials, including a steel frame with precast and insulated metal panel walls, PVC roofing, and an 8″ reinforced concrete slab with electrical heating. Additionally, the facility offers a fully equipped maintenance building with a service pit, truck wash, and fueling island, ensuring smooth operations for the Sheetz fleet.
