Samet’s third spec building in Central Carolina Enterprise Park houses distribution and supplies capabilities for a major pharmaceutical corporation. The project is set on 10 +/- acres totaling over 117,000 SF and 3,000 SF of office space. The building is constructed of tilt-up concrete panels and a 6’ concrete slab. The ceiling height for this building is 26’ clear and has 10 dock doors with 1 drive-in door.
