Samet Corporation started construction in early 2007 on two sites for a Fortune 100 search engine company. Before finishing the first facility, the design-build team was selected to continue with designing and constructing a second facility at each campus.

These projects demanded extensive coordination and a truly collaborative team environment. Both the DB and MH projects required strict adherence to an aggressive, cost-conscious schedule.
