Samet worked with the Wake Forest Baptist Health System to deliver a significant 13,787 SF upfit to the High Point Medical Center. Designed to advance healthcare services and improve patient experience, the upfit features the addition of two operating rooms, two procedure rooms, eight recovery rooms, and nine pre-op rooms. These additions aim to optimize the patient care process, facilitating more efficient and effective treatments.

The upgrade includes a new medical gas system complete with pump and vacuum, ensuring a reliable supply of critical medical gases for patient care and procedures. A rooftop chiller system has been incorporated, offering an independent cooling mechanism for the facility. Further enhancing safety, critical branch isolation panels have been installed in both operating rooms to guarantee uninterrupted power during surgical procedures.
