The Parcel 9 Apartments project is a new residential development set to begin construction on June 5th in Savannah, GA, just across the river from Downtown Savannah. Spanning 16.44 acres, the project consists of six 4-story buildings, each containing 48 units, for a total of 288 “for rent” apartments. The development also includes a free-standing clubhouse, fitness center, leasing office, pet spa, cabana, pool, and amenities building. The entire project encompasses roughly 326,000 SF of gross building area.

Significant ground improvement measures, including DeWaal Piles, Rigid Inclusions, and a Load Transfer Platform (LTP), will stabilize the soils before construction of the slab-on-grade (SOG) foundations. The apartment buildings will feature unconditioned open breezeways connected to elevators and separate egress stairs. Residents will have access to 423 surface parking spaces, ensuring convenient access to the community.
