Cost PlusSituated in Charlotte’s NoDa neighborhood, this mixed-use multifamily development is the perfect blend of modern aesthetics and historical charm. This active living community was once a famous textile mill owned by the Johnston Manufacturing Company. The plant was built in 1916 in response to growing wartime needs in Europe and played a pivotal role in Charlotte’s textile era until its closing in 1975.
Forty-five years later, the historic Johnston Mill is now home to the residents of NoDa Wandry. Our team renovated this space to include many of the original elements from the Mill in addition to resort-inspired pools, a fitness center with cycling room, an art and production creativity room, pet park and spa, resident clubhouse and sky lounge, and on-site retail.
