Design-BuildOriginally built in 1972, Greensboro Fire Station 14 recently underwent a much-needed renovation to enhance functionality and comfort for its firefighters. The 6,700 SF project included a complete roof replacement, new female quarters, updated interior finishes, appliances, kitchen cabinets, doors, and hardware.
The renovation also introduced new overhead doors, and windows, a fire protection system, plumbing repairs, HVAC upgrades, a new truck exhaust system, and modernized electrical, lighting, and generator systems. Exterior improvements encompassed parking areas, landscaping, utility systems, and storm drainage. This comprehensive renovation ensures Fire Station 14 is fully equipped to serve the community efficiently and effectively.
