This cutting-edge building features insulated precast exterior walls and includes 30,000 SF of dedicated interior office space. The facility is equipped with a 500 SF pharmaceutical certified Class 100 clean room, a 4,000 SF cooler, and a 4,000 SF pharmacy. Additionally, it houses an IT room and a warehouse HVAC system that maintains a constant temperature of 68ºF to ensure the optimal preservation of FFF’s vaccines.
