With the rise of STEM discipline occupations, Elon University recognized the need to convert its partial engineering program into a fully accredited four-year program. In collaboration with Elon University and its design partner, Ayers Saint Gross, we provided 65,000 SF of teaching and research space dedicated to engineering and physics studies.

Soaring ceilings, exposed beams, polished concrete, and beautifully colored laminated glass are just a few of the remarkable features of this iconic building where students can be found using the spaces all hours of the day. This building houses assembly, business, classroom and vocational spaces including an engineering design lab, prototyping labs, and a coatings lab.
