CM/GCThe Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education (CTAE) modifications project for Groves High School involved the interior construction of a new learning facility within the existing Davis Edwards Harris Educational Complex (DEH) on campus.
In partnership with LS3P Associates, Samet converted 25,000 SF of open space into specialized CTAE labs to promote hands-on learning and technical skill development. The space includes modern mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems tailored to the labs’ needs, along with enhancements to the existing MEP infrastructure to ensure seamless integration with the building’s systems.
Our team’s strategic build-out fully utilized the open-plan layout, delivering an industry-relevant learning environment that equips students for in-demand careers at Savannah-Chatham County businesses.
