To meet growing manufacturing needs, Columbiana selected Samet to construct a 100,000 SF manufacturing facility equipped with two 40-ton cranes and two 20-ton cranes, all supported by a steel structure.

For quality control and final product cleaning, the center includes two 12’ x 12’ x 12’ pits embedded in the building’s slab foundation. The team intentionally designed and constructed the exterior walls to serve as expansion walls in the future and included 10,000 SF of space and a mezzanine in the initial design for future growth opportunities.
