We collaborated with Wilmington-based Liberty Healthcare to complete this remarkable senior living community. Across 8.76 acres, this facility offers 148 independent living units, 16 assisted living units, and 14 memory-care living units. Residents can choose from several available floorplans adorned with neutral color palettes and elegant finishes. In addition to a comfortable living space, residents can enjoy a menu of amenities such as local Charlotte adventures, social events, relaxing wellness classes, and a plethora of dining services.

From the beginning, our preconstruction team worked closely with the owner to create successful operational strategies and thoroughly assessed the scope and cost of the build. Thanks to these proactive measures and remarkable on-site leadership, we accumulated more than $3 MILLION in savings on this project.
