AskBio, a premier genetic medicine technology company, embarked on an ambitious second-floor expansion project at their facility, executed by Samet. This state-of-the-art facility spans an area of 12,000 SF, featuring specialized areas such as offices and laboratories, a dedicated cold room, an analytical formulation lab, a cell culture space secured by airlocks, and rooms earmarked for histology and formulation activities.

This facility upgrade situates AskBio at the forefront of genetic medicine technology. The expanded AskBio facility takes pride of place inside the nearly 160,000 SF Biopoint building, ideally located in the vibrant, innovative hub of the Research Triangle Park (RTP).
