Samet constructed this two-story, 24,000 SF classroom addition to replace aging portable classrooms with permanent educational space. The facility provides 18 classrooms of varying sizes, a large outdoor learning area, parent/teacher conference rooms, and modern restroom facilities, all connected by an elevator for full accessibility. The structure features load-bearing masonry construction with utility brick veneer, a modified bitumen roof system, and efficient HVAC systems commonly specified for school environments. We carefully selected interior finishes to withstand heavy use in an academic setting and installed all smartboard infrastructure to accommodate future technology upgrades. This project showcases our ability to successfully deliver complex educational facilities on occupied school campuses with minimal disruption to daily operations.
