Samet completed the construction of a new six-story office building at 2825 South for Marsh Properties, located in the vibrant South End neighborhood of Charlotte. This mixed-use building encompasses 286,610 SF and features first-floor restaurant and retail spaces, along with an attached three-story parking garage. After finalizing the base building and parking garage, Samet upfitted 15,000 SF on the fourth floor and relocated our Charlotte office to this space.
