Samet proudly constructed the Connector Building on the University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA) campus, seamlessly uniting Moore Hall and Sanford Hall with functional and inviting spaces for students.  

This 7,247 SF facility houses Residence Life offices and provides students with studio, flex, multi-purpose, and kitchen spaces, fostering an environment for creativity, learning, and social gatherings. Built with a robust structural steel frame, metal studs, and a masonry exterior, the building is topped with an EPDM ballasted membrane roof, ensuring durability and sustainability.
