With the aim of long-term growth and expansion into the Charlotte market, James Scott Farrin relocated to their new home in Uptown Charlotte with a beautiful view over Marshall Park. The upfit involved noticeable construction and demolition efforts. This included the removal of existing partitions and ceiling lights and upgrading finishes to meet the client’s requirements.

The existing tenant layout was enhanced with updated electrical, mechanical, and plumbing installations. The project made efficient use of the existing mechanical system, additionally integrating new VAV boxes and ductwork. The 10,712 SF space now accommodates offices, collaboration spaces, a kitchen, and visitor offices, offering a perfect blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal.
