PROJECT DELIVERY —
- Samet constructed this food-grade manufacturing/distribution facility for Greensboro-based Creative Snacks Co. in compliance with FDA standards. The facility holds a bakery and kitchen for the manufacturing of granolas, sweets and confections, pretzels, trail mixes, coconut, veggie snacks, dried fruits, nuts and seeds.
- To meet the needs of the food storage, a -10º F freezer and 37º F cooler were included in the design. The 15,000 SF bakery/production area is humidity controlled. Flooring in this facility is 8” reinforced concrete.
- This facility was designed with growth in mind, and is in line to help the natural and organic snack company reach its projected revenue goals.
