The CBI office underwent extensive renovations and improvements to create an optimized learning environment for its employees. Key among these changes was the installation of a new sub-floor system, fully equipped with insulation and sound matting, to reduce noise from the bar/brewery below.

Moreover, fresh aesthetic updates were carried out to boost the ambience of the center. These include the application of new floor finishes, painting, and sealing of exposed structures and walls to provide an aesthetically pleasing environment. Accompanying these structural enhancements, the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems were meticulously realigned to cater to the new office layout, break area, and modern restrooms. With a sprawling area of 4,475 SF, CBI Learning Center is committed to offering a conducive, comfortable, and updated space for effective learning.
