      PHASE 5

      Nursing Unit Renovation

This multi-phased interior renovation encompassed 82,721 SF across four existing patient floors. The project involved comprehensive demolition, installation of new casework, upgraded finishes, and MEP enhancements to ensure compliance with current codes and standards.

      Kitchen + Café Renovation

The existing café underwent a transformation into a contemporary coffee shop. This involved the installation of new ceilings, lights, diffusers, casework, flooring, tiling, and finishes to create a vibrant and inviting space for staff and visitors alike.

      Cath Lab Renovation

A 3,980 SF addition of a new Cath Lab within the existing cardiovascular department was undertaken. This phase also included renovations to supporting spaces such as the respiratory therapy department, cardiology staff lounge, locker rooms, waiting rooms, and director’s office.

      Cancer Center Renovation

Covering 11,265 SF, this multi-phased renovation revitalized the entire Cancer Center. Selective demolition, installation of new doors and hardware, updated finishes, casework, and MEP upgrades were carried out, along with the renovation of the existing CT Simulation room and equipment change-out.

      Wound Care Relocation

Relocating the Wound Care Center to an existing Medical Office Building (MOB) required a meticulous approach. The 5,614 SF space was completely revamped, including demolition, reworking of walls for various rooms, updated finishes, new doors / frames / hardware, casework, ceilings, MEP upgrades, lighting enhancements, and installation of a new sprinkler system in the hyperbaric chamber.
