WE BUILD FOR LIVING
Samet started constructing multi-family buildings in 2003, and since then we’ve completed living spaces for all ages and demographics.
Our projects cover busy urban sites and bustling university campuses, to independent and hospice care apartments in quiet senior living communities. Our experience spans both Class A and B buildings, and includes complex parking structures and further development around their perimeters. Our approach to thinking like an owner gives us an advantage in constructing the types of buildings with amenities and spaces that people call “home”.
