Full renovation of the existing Greensboro Fire Department Station 8, an approximately 6,115 SF facility, encompassing comprehensive upgrades throughout the building along with the construction of a new approximately 1,000 SF addition dedicated to a women’s locker room to better support the department’s evolving needs.
