Samet leads a major transformation at PTI Airport to modernize its infrastructure and improve passenger experience. The project will demolish the South concourse and replaces it with a new 155,000 SF parallel concourse featuring 8 gates, hold rooms, concessions and wellness services, while modernizing the existing North concourse. Additionally, 125,000 SF of the terminal’s deplaning level undergoes renovation to include centralized baggage claim, rental car counters, TSA offices and support functions. Upon completion, the redevelopment enhances airport operations and better serves the Triad area.
