Who doesn’t love a good ground (mud) breaking!? ☔️
The weather didn’t stop us from celebrating the groundbreaking of RXR‘s multifamily apartment complex, the Summit House, in Veridea.
Veridea, a sprawling community planned in Apex, will include thousands of housing units, a Wake Tech campus, 3.5 million square feet of retail and hospitality space and the future NC Children’s Hospital. Summit House will be the first vertical structure in the community.
Samet is excited to be a part of this project and helping build up the Town of Apex!
