Groundbreaking in Harnett County!

Members of Samet’s Real Estate team including Brian Hall and Joshua Drye were excited to partake in a groundbreaking ceremony in Dunn, NC (Harnett County) on the morning of September 23rd. Samet has the opportunity to partner with local authorities on the development of a 175,500 SF speculative industrial building to help stimulate economic growth along I-95 in the region.
Brian voiced appreciation for the opportunity to draw upon Samet’s 60 years of industrial development experience to help facilitate new jobs and a larger tax base for the region. Josh worked closely with the event planners to coordinate a seamless ceremony for the 50+ attendees.
The Real Estate team is pleased to partner with CBRE-Raleigh and Towne Bank as well as our construction colleagues in the Raleigh office who will be led by Adam Fouse.
With a total of 65 acres at the site, we look forward to the opportunity to serve multiple customers in this location in the years ahead!
