The Line is a 219-unit residential multi-family project located in the heart of Savannah’s Historic District. Spanning 325,435 SF, the development includes the renovation of an existing 4-story building plus basement, totaling approximately 34,490 SF, and a new construction featuring one below-grade level and five above-grade levels.

The new building offers parking on the lower and first levels, retail space on the first level, and residential units from the first through fifth levels. Notably, the first and second level slabs are post-tensioned, and the pool deck is situated at the podium level. The Line will enhance downtown Savannah’s living experience by providing premium housing options while maintaining the area’s historic character.
