To address the growing demand for quality healthcare to those who have served our country, Samet collaborated with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to construct a new facility that would expand and serve our deserving veterans.

The Fayetteville VA Healthcare Center includes 7 Operating Rooms and 150 Exam Rooms. Healthcare specialty areas include Radiology, Pathology, Audiology, BioMed Engineering, Cardiology, Mental Health, Pulmonary, Pharmacy and Rehab Center. The Healthcare Center is a 365,000 SF campus facility located on a 45-acre site development serving 38,000 veterans per year. The site includes a walking trail, healing garden, and Veterans Memorial with over 1,800 parking spaces to a accommodate patients and visitors.
