Set on an expansive 15-acre site, the center features comprehensive amenities such as full-depth truck courts, trailer storage, advanced stormwater management systems, and a clear height of 36′ to optimize product flow and streamline operations. Reflecting Spyder Auto’s commitment to strength and durability, the building incorporates a load bearing, tilt-up methodology supporting a conventional steel frame and finished with a durable white membrane TPO roof.
