Design-BuildA valued customer since 2011, Glen Raven came to us with plans to expand its existing manufacturing facility in Norlina to increase production capabilities. The expansion includes extensive infrastructure upgrades such as a mile of underground ductwork, comprehensive electrical and HVAC packages, and dedicated air filtration rooms to support the increased power and filtration demands. The 320,000 SF facility not only enhanced production capabilities but also created 200 jobs in the Norlina area.
