The East Rosemary Street Parking Deck is now open to the public!

Funded by the Town of Chapel Hill, NC and in partnership with Grubb Properties, this seven-story deck adds 1,100 parking spaces and 20 EV chargers for those who travel to, work in or visit downtown Chapel Hill year-round.

We enjoyed celebrating and contributing to this major milestone alongside designer Perkins&Will community partners, and many other Town of Chapel Hill representatives and are proud of our project team for delivering such a stunning facility.

We look forward to seeing how this deck transforms the downtown experience in Chapel Hill!
