On Tuesday, Regional Safety Manager Josh Himes was featured on WCBD News spreading the word on the importance of preventing heat injury during the summer months and Samet’s Safe Summer events.
In the report, Himes goes into detail explaining how important it is to show appreciation to our trade partners and help educate everyone on heat injury hazards.
“Every year during the summertime, we have our fresh fruit stand where we show appreciation to the guys and girls who work so hard on the job sites. We try our best to combat this heat with high water-content fruit,” said Himes
