Old Dominion Freight Line, a leader in the transportation industry, chose Samet to manage the design-build process for the renovation of their corporate offices in Thomasville, NC. The multi-phased project was executed without any business interruptions, thanks to Samet’s careful coordination of staff relocations.  

Throughout the renovation, essential services like phones, computers, and internet access remained fully operational. The updated office spaces now feature a new employee entrance with a patio that brightens a previously dim basement office, a welcoming client lounge, a modern employee lunch and break area, additional parking spaces with resurfaced lots, and a complete redesign of electrical and mechanical systems.
