The Fenton Mixed-Use Project is a 92-acre development that harmoniously blends the area’s rich history with its dynamic future to create a vibrant present. Samet was responsible for constructing the multi-family housing and parking garage components of this new development.  

The residential portion consists of three buildings totaling 517,000 SF, housing 357 units, with open tenant space on the ground floor. Fenton features luxurious amenities, including a leasing office, mail room, fitness center, clubroom, and pool. Adjacent to the housing, a six-story podium concrete parking deck provides ample parking for residents and visitors alike.
