This landmark project includes the construction of a new, approximately 25,000 SF museum, complete with associated site work. This state-of-the-art facility aims to educate, inspire, and honor the rich heritage of the Marine Corps, fostering a deeper appreciation for their role in American history.

This project envisions a dynamic and engaging complex with two interconnected centers: a world-class, high-tech, interactive museum that will bring to life the legacy of Carolina Marines and Sailors, offering visitors an immersive experience that honors their contributions and heroism, and the Al Gray Civic Institute, a companion institute where students of all ages can learn and practice the core values of American citizenship and civic virtue, reflecting the ideals of Marine Corps legends.
