Earlier this week, Wilmington City Council voted unanimously to award the Riverlights Fire Station #6 to Samet Corporation.
Located at the mouth of the Caper Fear River adjacent to Carolina Beach, Riverlights is one of New Hanover County’s most up and coming developments.
Designed by Becker-Morgan, this will be the City’s first fire station constructed in a residential neighborhood and it has been thoughtfully designed with consideration of the Riverlights community in mind. The materials, color palette, architectural details – all have been inspired by the Riverlights style and vernacular and hopes to achieve a LEED Silver Certification.
