In collaboration with Barton Malow and SRS, Inc., Samet completed the Jefferson Suites project for the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. This endeavor encompassed the construction of a six-story, 406-bed suite-style residence hall, designed to enhance the campus living experience.

The facility also features a restaurant, convenience store, and various meeting areas, providing a comprehensive and convenient environment for students. The construction process was robust and sophisticated, involving the use of rammed aggregate piers, cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, structural metal framing, hollow core planks, light gauge metal trusses, CMU walls, curtainwall, and brick and hard coat stucco veneer. The project’s meticulous execution and innovative design reflect the expertise and dedication of the joint venture team.Â
