  • The project, located on an existing occupied campus, required selective site demolition and utility relocations in order to begin. Samet completed demolition and relocations, then worked with the owner to construct 30 independent living units across two buildings with a connector link. Terrace 1 offers 18 units on top of a post-tensioned parking structure. Terrace 2 holds 12 units on a post-tensioned slab on grade. A structural steel connector (referred to as the Link) connects both terraces. This project also included surface parking and landscaping.
