SMITH REYNOLDS AIRPORT

CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION

A new Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) hangar is coming to Smith Reynolds Airport, currently in its preconstruction phase. This new facility will feature a 55,000 SF hangar floor designed to accommodate three lines of transport aircraft, including models such as Boeing 737s and Airbus 320s.  

In addition, the facility will include an estimated 8,500 square feet of shop and office space. This area is designed as conditioned shell space, allowing prospective tenants to customize it according to their specific requirements.  

The project will also feature necessary improvements to connect the hangar to adjacent auto parking lots and a new aircraft parking ramp, ensuring seamless access and operational efficiency. This new MRO hangar at Smith Reynolds Airport represents a significant investment in aviation infrastructure, designed to meet the evolving needs of the industry and support the growth of aviation services.
