Award-Winning $10-$25 Million Project
Samet took top honors in the $10-$25 million category for our exceptional work in renovating and redesigning the historic High Point City Lake Park’s pool and events center. This project aimed to transform the park, providing a 21st-century experience for residents of High Point and the surrounding areas.
Modern Features and Amenities
The renovation included the addition of state-of-the-art amenities such as:
- Brand New Water Slides
- A Lazy River
- A Splash Pad
- Zero-Depth Entry Area
- Updated Lockers and Food Concessions
These enhancements were designed to offer a modern and enjoyable experience for all visitors. After officially reopening in summer of 2023, the park smashed its previous 2019 attendance record.
