PROJECT TRIAD

The project spans 94 acres and includes 2,763 tons of structural steel. This international client worked with Samet to build within a Samet Properties business park near the Piedmont Triad International Airport and two busy freeways.

This project is a 1,000,000 SF warehousing and distribution facility with a 40,000 SF office space, and training and lounge areas.

A 250,000 gallon tank is included in this facility’s design to fully accommodate the sprinkler system for a building this size.

During construction, a dedicated concrete batch plant was on site to make concrete pours more efficient and cost effective with 45,000yd³ going into the project.

Construction is tilt-up with 38′ to 42′-6” height edges to center, 240+ tilt-up panels, and 78 truck bays.
